This policy outlines the procedures for returns, shipping issues, and warranty claims to ensure a clear, fair, and efficient process for our distributors, OEM clients, and fleet operators.

General Return Policy

For non-customized, stock items, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unused, and resalable condition, including all original packaging, manuals, and accessories. Please note that customized OEM orders and items marked as final sale are non-returnable.

How to Initiate a Return or Claim

Step 1: Contact Your Representative. To begin any return or warranty process, please contact your dedicated account manager or email our B2B support team at moyo@poleejek.com.

Step 2: Provide Necessary Information. Please provide your company name, Purchase Order (PO) number, the specific product model(s) and quantities, and a detailed reason for the request (e.g., shipping damage, warranty claim, stock return). For claims, photographic or video evidence is required to expedite the process.

Step 3: Await Authorization. Our team will review your request. If approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide specific instructions for shipping. Please do not send any items back to us without an approved RMA number, as they will not be accepted. Our designated return address for authorized returns is: Room 506, Block 1, No.225, Guantai Road, Nancheng Street, Dongguan, Guangdong, China.

Shipping Damage and Discrepancies

We urge all partners to inspect shipments immediately upon arrival. If you notice any damage to the exterior packaging, please make a note of it with the freight carrier before signing for the delivery. Any claims for shipping damage or order discrepancies (e.g., wrong item or quantity) must be reported to us within 7 business days of receipt. We will work with you to evaluate the issue and find a prompt resolution.

Manufacturer's Warranty

POLEEJIEK products are covered by a comprehensive manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. The standard warranty period is one year for key components, including the frame, motor, battery, and controller. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or damage resulting from improper use, assembly, or maintenance. For warranty claims, please follow the initiation process outlined above. We will assess the claim and, upon approval, will ship replacement parts or units as deemed necessary.

Refunds & Credits

Once an authorized return is received and inspected at our facility, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will typically be processed as a credit to your business account for future orders. In specific cases, a refund to the original payment method may be issued within 10-15 business days. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process the transaction.
