Neither POLEEJIEK, nor its suppliers and licensors, can guarantee that our Services will be error-free or that access to them will be uninterrupted. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

The proper venue for any disputes arising out of or relating to the Agreement and the use of our Services will be the provincial or prefectural courts in China.
